as a result of our being able to move ahead of time in the award

to deal with/supply.
After the our two companies has finally agreed on (A) the type
of tender (B) prices (C) Terms of payment (D) Shipment etc. We
will proceed to tender for the contract to our mutual benefit.
From the above, it is taken that you are the supplying company
whilst we also lobby for the contract from the various
ministries and pay the initial expenses involved in the award of
contract.
In the midst of the stiff challenges and offers from other
companies, we will continue to use our long association with the
authorities to win the contracts.
