BIDDING FOR
PROJECT CONTRACTS
Several situations have arisen that require the combined efforts
and resources of two parties to win and execute a project (work)
contract from either the Ministries or international agencies.
This refers to projects involving construction and also
infrastructure, equipments and machinery in areas like Health,
Railways, Agriculture, Telecommunication, I.T, Manufacturing,
Finance, etc. Projects involving industries and other sectors of
the economy are also included.
Bidding for large project contract is our specialty.
Negotiations to co-operate in the area of project (work)
contracts are welcomed.
It is the policy of the Government of Ghana to require that
Procurement Entities as well as tenderers/Suppliers/Contractors
under contracts financed from the public funds of the Republic
of Ghana observe the highest standard of ethics during the
procurement and execution of such contracts.
